Patient Access 

Repeat Prescriptions

newpills2.jpgOn the right hand side of your prescription is a tear-off slip which lists all the regular medications you are taking. To request a repeat prescription you can post or hand in this slip to reception having marked the items you require.  The practice is also happy to take repeat prescription requests by telephone or via Patient Access.

Patient Access enables you to order prescriptions and arrange or cancel appointments online 24/7, forms to register for Patient Access are available at reception. Your prescription may then be collected 24-48 hours after,or returned to you by post if you include a stamped addressed envelope.

Please note that all prescriptions ordered on a Friday before 2.pm  will not be ready until Monday after 2pm, If ordered on a Friday after 2.pm it will be ready for collection Tuesday after 2.pm.
